decades, Pete Hall is a cornerstone of the Fort Mill real estate community.
After proudly serving his country, including an extended tour in Vietnam, Pete
transitioned into real estate, where he quickly established himself as a successful
salesman. In 1977, Pete took the helm of CENTURY 21 First Choice, leading the
company to become a trusted name in local real estate.
Pete’s leadership extends
beyond his role as Broker-Owner. He’s a former President of the York County
Association of REALTORS®, the Tega Cay Lions Club, and the Fort Mill Rotary
Club. His service to the community has earned him numerous accolades, including
REALTOR® of the Year, Rotarian of the Year, and Citizen of the Year.
Beyond real estate, Pete
enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he's shooting sporting clays or relaxing
with his wife, Linda, and their beloved golden retriever, Molly.

Alex Dewey, Buyer and
Listing Specialist, was born in Charlotte, NC and moved to Fort Mill at the age
of seven. There, he attended Fort Mill Elementary and Fort Mill Middle School
before attending Camden Military Academy in ninth grade. He graduated as a 1st
Lieutenant and Cadet of the Year. Alex then went on to attend Lees McRae
College in Banner Elk, NC. His commitment to hard work earned him a position on
the Lees McRae ski team and a partial scholarship for three years. While
attending college, he was a three-year letterman and recipient of the 1992
Coaches’ Award for hard work and commitment to excellence. Alex graduated from
Lees McRae with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
In 1993, Alex began his
commitment to the sales industry and to customer service. Alex became a
National Accounts Manager for Konica Business Technologies, where he earned
numerous awards for his work ethic and sales ability. Alex is an Accredited
Buyer Representative (ABR), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a
Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Alex has earned many awards for
his commitment, Presidents Award 2015, Diamond Award 2014 & 2017, Ruby
Award 2008, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, & 2016.
Alex and his wife Melanie
live in Fort Mill and have two children, Will and Kaleb. Alex enjoys spending
time with his family and being in the outdoors fishing and hunting.

Originally from Queens, New York, Elise began visiting family in the Charlotte area in 2006. She and her husband, John, quickly fell in love with the region’s charm and quality of life, ultimately making their home in Fort Mill.
Elise is an enthusiastic explorer of the local community. She enjoys discovering new restaurants, attending neighborhood festivals and live music events, visiting museums, experimenting with new recipes, and hosting friends and family.
Outside of real estate, Elise is deeply involved in community advocacy. She supports animal rescue organizations, helps provide resources to individuals experiencing homelessness, and actively participates in fundraising efforts for cancer research and awareness.

I am originally from Austin, TX and have lived in Rock Hill, SC since
1991. After graduating from Rock Hill High School, I enlisted in the U.S.
Army Reserves, serving a total of 12 years to include a tour in Iraq in support
of Operation Enduring Freedom. I've earned both a Bachelors in Finance
and an MBA in Human Resources from Winthrop University. After fulfilling
my military obligations, I worked in Human Resources for several years as I
have a genuine passion for helping others to grow and develop. I have
always had a deep interest in real estate and having seen the growth in the
York County area over the years, it is now my pleasure to help people achieve
their real estate goals. No matter the industry I've worked in, I've
learned that one of the greatest investments I can make is to provide
exceptional service to others!

I grew up in Central
Michigan, married and raised four incredible children and now have a
granddaughter. When my family was young I was a stay at home mom and ran
my own Child Care business. I have always been drawn to the Real Estate
business. In 2002 I was able to pursue that dream of being able to work
with families to help them reach the American Dream of Home Ownership.
In 2011 my husband and I
relocated to Fort Mill/Tega Cay, South Carolina. I have to say, South
Carolina is truly an amazing place to call HOME! We absolutely love it
here! Because we are located in the Lake Wylie area and only a few hours
from the NC mountains and the SC shore, living here allows us to enjoy boating,
golfing, snowboarding, campfires, trips to the ocean and fun times together as
a family. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to live.
I am 100% dedicated to my
Real Estate career! I take GREAT pride in working with my clients,
listening to their wants and needs for the perfect home for them! I
remember being a first time buyer and how stressful it was and such a scary
step. I take pride in making first time buyers feel comfortable and
explain every step of the process giving them the knowledge and understanding
of the home buying process. As a military mom, I recognize the hardships
our Service Men, Women, and families face every day. I continue to strive
to ensure a successful home buying or selling experience. I treat EVERY
client with loyalty and honesty from the day we meet and throughout the entire
process. As a Buyers Specialist, I am known to have incredible
